现有的(de)(de)电机扇(shan)形(xing)片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi)方法(fa)常用的(de)(de)有两种:手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi)和单(dan)片(pian)(pian)流(liu)水线(xian)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi)。手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi)一般是(shi)在闭式(shi)单(dan)点或双点压(ya)力(li)机上冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi),考虑(lv)生(sheng)产中的(de)(de)操(cao)作安全性需(xu)采用1000mm宽的(de)(de)巻料,经(jing)两道剪(jian)料工(gong)(gong)(gong)序:先剪(jian)成(cheng)平行四边形(xing),然后分(fen)剪(jian)成(cheng)梯形(xing),最后再进行手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)单(dan)片(pian)(pian)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi)。显然这(zhei)样的(de)(de)单(dan)片(pian)(pian)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺不(bu)仅(jin)浪费原材料,而且冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)整个冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)裁过(guo)程完全由(you)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)控制(zhi)(zhi),这(zhei)种方法(fa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作效率低,冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi)定子冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)精度低,工(gong)(gong)(gong)人的(de)(de)劳动强度高,存在着不(bu)安全隐患(huan)。单(dan)片(pian)(pian)流(liu)水线(xian)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)在流(liu)水线(xian)上冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi),但是(shi)由(you)于(yu)是(shi)每(mei)次冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi)一片(pian)(pian),冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)制(zhi)(zhi)产生(sheng)的(de)(de)废料较(jiao)多,材料的(de)(de)利用率不(bu)高。

发明内(nei)容(rong)

本实用新(xin)型的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)在于解(jie)决(jue)上述定子冲片(pian)冲制过程中(zhong)产(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)废料(liao)较多、材料(liao)的(de)(de)利用率不高、工作效率低的(de)(de)问(wen)题,提(ti)供一(yi)种能显著提(ti)高定子冲片(pian)冲制效率、提(ti)高材料(liao)利用率的(de)(de)双片(pian)扇(shan)形电机(ji)定子冲片(pian)双片(pian)扇(shan)形模(mo)具(ju)。

凹凸模材料(liao)釆(bian)用(yong)(yong)(yong)Crl2MoV。上(shang)卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)复合结(jie)构(gou),考虑(lv)到上(shang)卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)与凹摸单面间隙只有0.08mm,其易磨(mo)损(sun),造成上(shang)卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)外(wai)形(xing)(xing)尖角处(chu)下(xia)塌,无法保(bao)证(zheng)(zheng)冲片平(ping)整度(du)。所以(yi)在上(shang)卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)外(wai)形(xing)(xing)周边处(chu)镶上(shang)强度(du)较高(gao)经(jing)热处(chu)理(li)的(de)合金钢Crl2MoV,而卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)底板(ban)(ban)(ban)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)是钢材Q235-A,这样既降低材料(liao)成本,又可消(xiao)除扇(shan)(shan)形(xing)(xing)片冲制过程中(zhong)产生的(de)塌角现象。为保(bao)证(zheng)(zheng)卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)的(de)平(ping)稳性,在上(shang)模中(zhong)增加了小导套(tao)、小导柱、矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)弹簧,增加小导套(tao)和小导柱防止(zhi)卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)水平(ping)晃动(dong)(dong)而引起上(shang)卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)与凹摸相(xiang)互碰撞。矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)弹簧是为了卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang)下(xia)移动(dong)(dong)平(ping)缓。而下(xia)卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)与凸摸间隙较大,且(qie)其略微磨(mo)损(sun)后对冲片质(zhi)量影响不(bu)大,就采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)了Q235-A。上(shang)切(qie)(qie)断刃(ren)块(kuai)和下(xia)切(qie)(qie)断刃(ren)块(kuai)是用(yong)(yong)(yong)来切(qie)(qie)断废料(liao)的(de)。模具长2060ram,宽1300mm,高(gao)度(du)390mm,采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)6根(gen)(J)90mm的(de)滚珠导柱的(de)导向装置,以(yi)保(bao)证(zheng)(zheng)模具冲裁时的(de)动(dong)(dong)态稳定性。下(xia)模座(zuo)设有定位(wei)装置导向板(ban)(ban)(ban),保(bao)证(zheng)(zheng)下(xia)模座(zuo)同(tong)压力机单臂开(kai)巻(juan)机进(jin)料(liao)方向保(bao)持左(zuo)右(you)对称,更(geng)适(shi)应扇(shan)(shan)形(xing)(xing)片形(xing)(xing)状复杂、尺寸精度(du)高(gao)、技术条件(jian)严格的(de)特点,充分发(fa)挥模具精度(du),保(bao)证(zheng)(zheng)扇(shan)(shan)形(xing)(xing)片工件(jian)精度(du)。
